When you send the strategy call form we collect your name, business name, phone or WhatsApp number, and, if you choose, your email address, the service you need, your monthly advertising budget and a message. We also record the page you sent it from and any campaign tags in the page address (such as utm_source), so we know which campaign brought you to the site.

We use these details to reply to your enquiry and arrange a call. The enquiry is saved in our website database and a notification is sent to the Vybinex team.

The marketing tips checkbox is optional and unticked by default. We only send occasional marketing tips if you tick it, and you can opt out at any time.

Your answers are processed in your browser to produce your score and standard action plan. While you complete the check, your answers are kept in your browser's session storage so you can go back a step; they are cleared when you reset the check or close the browser session.

AI personalisation is optional. If, and only if, you choose it, your answers, calculated scores and the business context you typed are sent to an AI model provider used by the site to generate a short tailored summary. Contact details are not included. The fixed rules used by the site produce the scores, and the AI cannot change them; if the AI is unavailable, the standard plan still applies.

Emailed copies of the plan are not offered at the moment; you can download it directly instead. If you request a call to talk through your priorities, we save your name, business name, phone or WhatsApp number, optional email address, preferred contact method, selected main service and region, and a summary of the calculated result as an enquiry after your consent. A notification with the relevant enquiry details and result summary may be sent to the Vybinex team.

Vybi is an AI assistant, not a person. To reply, the messages you type in the current conversation are sent to an AI model. Please don't share sensitive personal, medical or financial information.

Your conversation is kept in your browser's session storage so it survives a page change, and you can clear it at any time with the clear button. Our server logs only technical information, such as the number of messages, not their content.

If you choose to share your contact details so the team can follow up, we save them with a short summary of what you asked about, after you confirm consent.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. We record events such as a click on a WhatsApp, phone or email link, starting or finishing the Enquiry Growth Check, and a confirmed saved enquiry. These events never include your name, email, phone number, message or Growth Check answers.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent us by emailing info@vybinex.com. You can also contact us directly by WhatsApp, phone or email instead of using the forms.
